About the project
Discussions with the Doc is a healthcare podcast from Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, Georgia. Each episode features a provider or medical specialist sharing practical, relevant health information for the rural communities they serve. The show focuses on accessible education, preventive care, and empowering listeners to better understand their health in everyday life.
My role
Through my work with DoctorPodcasting, I hosted, engineered, and edited every episode of Discussions with the Doc.
- Hosted interviews with physicians, nurses, and clinical experts
- Guided conversations in a way that keeps medical topics clear and approachable
- Adapted tone and pacing for a rural community audience
